Experienced surgeons are frequently consulted
regarding to "Revision" or "Secondary"
Rhinoplasty on patients who are less than satisfied
with other surgeons results. This is not meant
to imply that other surgeons "ruined"
or "botched" surgery. All Rhinoplasty
surgeons have a "touch-up" rate, in
our case it is about 10%. However sometimes full
expectations have not yet been met and another
opinion is offered. Needless to say, revisions
require a different approach than primary procedures,
and often require more elaborate techniques, as
well as substantial reassurance. In our experience,
25%-30% of our rhinoplasty procedures are secondary,
